Both days are packed with activities for anyone who loves cooking outdoors. You'll find top international BBQ brands under one roof, so you can compare grills, smokers, and accessories side by side. And yes, there will be plenty of food to sample. ### Why It's Worth Your Time Let's be honest: buying a grill can feel overwhelming. There are so many options, and the prices range from a few hundred dollars to several thousand. Events like this take the guesswork out of it. You get to see the equipment in action, ask questions, and taste the results. Whether you're a seasoned pitmaster or just starting out, you'll walk away with practical tips you can use at your next cookout. > "The best way to learn barbecue is to watch someone who knows what they're doing. That's what these weekends are all about." ### What to Expect - **Live cooking demonstrations:** Watch experts turn simple ingredients into impressive meals. - **Food tastings:** Sample everything from smoky brisket to grilled veggies. - **Brand showcases:** Explore products from leading international BBQ brands. - **Expert advice:** Get answers to your burning questions about heat control, fuel types, and maintenance. - **Seasonal inspiration:** Discover new recipes and techniques for the cooler months. ### More Than Just a Shopping Trip These events are free to attend, which makes them a low-pressure way to spend a Saturday. Bring a friend who's been thinking about upgrading their setup, or come solo and soak up the atmosphere. The team at ACE has designed these weekends to be hands-on and interactive, so you're not just browsing—you're learning. ### Plan Your Visit ACE Yas Island opens its doors on November 7, and ACE Dubai Festival City follows on November 13. Both events run throughout the day, so you can drop by whenever it suits you. No registration is required. Just show up, bring your appetite, and get ready to be inspired. ### Final Thoughts A good grill can last for years, and the right advice can make all the difference.
